“She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her.” – Proverbs 3:15
The Women’s Fellowship of Kothanur CSI Church is a committed community of 35 women, united in Christ and dedicated to serving God’s mission. Under the guidance of our beloved Rev. Navin K. John and Pastoramma Mrs. Niveditha Navin, the fellowship continues to grow in faith, fellowship, and service.
Leadership & Recognition
For the triennium 2024–2027, our office bearers include:
President: Mrs. Niveditha Navin
Vice President: Mrs. Shanthi Asir
Secretary: Mrs. Kavitha Suresh
Joint Secretary: Mrs. Joice Regina
Treasurer: Mrs. Pathini Homer
Members below 40 years: Mrs. Ruby Dinesh and Mrs. Manitha Vincent
We rejoice as our president, Mrs. Niveditha Navin, was elected treasurer of the Karnataka Central Diocese Women’s Fellowship. May God bless her ministry abundantly.
Fellowship & Spiritual Growth
Our fellowship meets on the 1st Saturday of each month for devotion and spiritual leadership training. House visits and sessions with guest speakers on the 3rd Saturday provide opportunities for encouragement and learning. Funds are raised through breakfast sales and subscriptions, supporting fellowship activities and outreach programs.
We regularly visit Advantage Home, Kothanur, uplifting the residents with prayers and songs, and reach out to our sick members, bringing comfort and encouragement. Every September, we celebrate Women’s Sunday, actively glorifying God through service and worship.
Retreats, Events & Participation
Retreat: One-day retreat at Yercaud with guest speaker Mrs. Helen Sunder, who spoke on Women as Partners of Redemption on January 3, 2025. Nearly 45 members attended, enjoying both spiritual enrichment and fellowship.
Bible Quiz & Kannada Fellowship: Our members actively participated in the diocesan Bible quiz and welcomed around 20 new members from the Kannada congregation, who now meet every 3rd Sunday after the morning service for devotion.
Harvest Festival & Zonal Meetings: The fellowship participates in the church harvest festival annually. On August 23, 2025, we hosted the Zonal Meeting of the Bengaluru Civil Area Women’s Fellowship, welcoming nearly 250 participants. Our Bishop Amma, Mrs. Caroline Anitha David, graced the event, and Mrs. Niveditha Navin shared a powerful message on God’s will today.
Gratitude & Fellowship Spirit
We extend heartfelt thanks to our pastor, Rev. Navin K. John, Pastoramma, Mrs. Niveditha Navin, our secretary, Mr. Prashanth Solomon, treasurer, Mr. Dominic Manuel, pastorate committee, congregation members, technical team, musicians, and all who support and encourage our fellowship. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh, our sexton, and his family for their invaluable contributions.
The Women’s Fellowship remains committed to serving the church, building one another up, and bringing glory to God. We humbly invite all women above 35 years to join us in this mission of faith, service, and fellowship. Please continue to uphold our fellowship in your prayers.
